and Stephen currently have joint custody of the eight-year-old.<\/p>\n<p>However in court documents filed this week, Stephen has asked for full legal and physical custody of the child.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And reports by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2020\/02\/05\/stephen-belafonte-asks-full-custody-mel-b-daughter-madison-custody-war\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">TMZ<\/a> allege that Stephen claims Mel has &#8220;all but abandoned&#8221;
