Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac have finalized their divorce, just over a year after they separated following two years of marriage.<\/p>\n

According to court records submitted Tuesday in Manhattan the duo also come to an agreement regarding the custody of their three-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy.<\/p>\n

The terms of the divorce are sealed, according to a report by the New York Post<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

It’s official: Scarlett Johansson has finalized her divorce from Romain Dauriac have after separating in the summer of 2016. Scarlett, 32, filed for divorce in March<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Scarlett, 32, had asked for primary custody of Rose, and for the girl to live with her in New York.<\/p>\n

Romain was opposing the move because he believed their daughter should live in his native France with him.<\/p>\n

‘He would like to move to France with his daughter and Ms. Johansson does a lot of traveling,’ his lawyer Harold Mayerson said earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Following the split the duo had an informal co-parenting agreement in place to spend every other week with their daughter.<\/p>\n

Sources at the time said Dauriac had complained that his life was starting to revolve around Johansson\u2019s schedule as the actress travels so much for filming.<\/p>\n

The couple married in 2014, and Scarlett filed for divorce in March of this year citing that the marriage was ‘irretrievably broken’.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile Scarlett has been enjoying a string of dates with Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost, 35.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Scarlett was also married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008-2011.\u00a0<\/p>\n
