THE father of \u201cCash Me Ousside\u201d girl Danielle Bregoli is launching a custody battle against her mum in a desperate bid to tame the wild teen.<\/p>\n

\u201cOut of control\u201d Danielle, 13 has been kicked off flights, linked to bar brawls and filmed in an allegedly racist rant with her mum<\/a> in the months since she shot to fame on US talk show Dr Phil.<\/p>\n

Her dad Ira Peskowitz, who lost custody of Danielle following his divorce from her mum, is desperate to get his daughter back and get her the \u201chelp she desperately needs\u201d, a family friend told Sun Online.<\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s deputy has\u00a0now filed a lawsuit asking a family court to grant him\u00a0more rights over the teen \u2013 claiming her mother Barbara is \u201cusing the minor child [Danielle] to make money\u201d, the court document says.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit includes a list of outrageous acts\u00a0the teen has allegedly committed while in the custody of her mum Barbara Bregoli, which include: \u201cTwerking in her underwear outdoors. Stealing her mother\u2019s credit cards to buy things such as a stripper pole.\u201d<\/p>\n

Family friend Elliot Cohen, who is acting as a spokesperson for the family, said: \u201cWe\u2019re hoping that Danielle will go back to her dad and he\u2019ll get custody of her.<\/p>\n

\u201cHopefully we can find a way to get her back to her dad and get her the help that she desperately needs.\u00a0That\u2019s what we\u2019re working towards.\u201d<\/p>\n

He\u00a0added:\u00a0\u201cHopefully the judge will agree that she needs someone in her life to take a little bit more control over what she is doing. It\u2019s going before the courts now.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now we need to find a way to have more influence in her life. By trying to get different visitation rights, we\u2019re hoping that\u2019s the first step.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not about stripping her mother of all her rights \u2013 it\u2019s just about giving Ira a\u00a0foot in the door so he can have some influence on what happens with Danielle.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the moment we are just trying to amend the custody agreement \u2013 but if it\u2019s the only way to get her the help she needs then we\u2019ll go for full custody.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pal added that the family are even considering getting child services involved \u2013 following Danielle\u2019s involvement in a string of spats and run-ins with cops.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom a legal perspective and from a social services perspective that is an option we are looking at,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Foul-mouthed Danielle<\/a> shot to fame last September after appearing in an episode of US talk show Dr Phil <\/a>Show\u00a0that dealt with parents and their unruly teens.<\/p>\n

Danielle\u2019s mum Barbara revealed that her daughter was out of control and would run away, steal her credit cards and even take her car.<\/p>\n

Since then Danielle\u2019s wild behaviour has continued and she was even thrown off a Spirit Airlines flight last month<\/a> with her mum following a row over an overhead locker.<\/p>\n

Later the same month the teen was caught up in a brawl outside a pub<\/a>, then earlier this week cops were called to her house in Boynton Beach, Florida, after she got into an explosive row with her mum.<\/p>\n

Danielle\u2019s dad, from Palm Beach, Florida, has previously revealed that he lost custody of Danielle during a bitter court battle with her mum when she was a baby.<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old, who is married with two children, says he did everything he could to see his daughter and has always paid child support \u2013 but was \u201cdenied\u201d proper contact with the youngster.<\/p>\n
