After 19 years of marriage Jamie and Louise Redknapp were granted a quickie divorce in a hearing that lasted just 25 seconds.<\/p>\n
Court documents cited former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp\u2019s \u201cunreasonable behaviour\u201d as the reason for the split.<\/p>\n
The showbiz couple – who tied the knot in 1998 – were granted a decree nisi at the Central Family Court in London, just hours after Louise was seen partying at a friend\u2019s wedding in Liverpool.<\/p>\n
Mum-of-two Louise confirmed the couple were living apart back in October, as she spent months on the road performing in a touring stage show.<\/p>\n
Having been granted a decree nisi, the pair can be issued with a decree absolute to end their marriage in six weeks, if no objections are formally made.<\/p>\n
Jamie and Louise, who have two sons, Charley, 13, and Beau, nine, had previously quashed any rumours that their marriage was on the rocks, insisting they were \u201cgreat\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nearly 20 years after they promised to love one another forever, it\u2019s clear things were far-from-perfect for the celebrity couple.<\/p>\n
