A RESTAURANT tycoon left nursing a \u00a3350m divorce bill is getting hitched to a property developer half his age – just one year after splitting with his wife of 45 years.<\/p>\n

Fashion mogul Caring, 69, announced his engagement to stunning Brazilian property developer Patricia Mondinni, 36, with a lavish party headlined by Latin crooner Ricky Martin.<\/p>\n

The tycoon announced his engagement to Patr with a lavish party<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Caring parted ways with wife Jacqui, 68, last year – and was still thrashing out the terms of a settlement that could cost half of his \u00a3700million fortune when he proposed to Mondinni.<\/p>\n

The magnate \u2013 a close pal of shamed Topshop boss Sir Philip Green and ex-PM Tony Blair – owns a string of posh eateries on top of a vast property and fashion empire.<\/p>\n

At the vast party, Martin \u2013 who charges up to \u00a3740,000 for private gigs \u2013 was filmed ushering Patricia on to the stage at an exclusive Mayfair nightclub owned by Caring.<\/p>\n

A pal said: \u201cPatricia couldn\u2019t help but show off her ring at any opportunity.<\/p>\n

“She also grabbed the mic to sing along and even Richard joined in the dancing \u2013 they both looked very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Patricia and Caring live in a \u00a332million London home and already have one child together.<\/p>\n

Last night a spokesman for Mr Caring declined to comment on the tycoon\u2019s engagement.<\/p>\n\n
