It\u2019s a compelling picture. And it\u2019s also deeply misleading, especially when the stakes are high.<\/span><\/p>\n

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries from finance to healthcare, the legal profession is not immune to the disruption. But a closer look at how complex litigation actually works reveals something the AI hype cycle tends to gloss over: the courtroom is not a data problem. It\u2019s a human one.<\/span><\/p>\n
