BEN Affleck and Jennifer Garner have agreed to share custody of their three children in their final divorce deal.<\/p>\n

The pair split after ten years in 2015 but left things on good terms, and will now co-parent\u00a0Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six.<\/p>\n

Court papers obtained by TMZ<\/a> today reveal the exes will have joint physical and legal custody of their brood, and have agreed not to argue or badmouth each other in front of them.<\/p>\n

The former couple have also vowed to see a co-parenting therapist for a minimum of six months, in order to keep things amicable.<\/p>\n

Ben<\/a> and Jen <\/a>opted against legal representation and settled the split with celebrity mediator Laura Wasser.<\/p>\n

The paperwork was submitted on Friday, meaning the divorce<\/a> will be finalised as soon as its signed off by an\u00a0LA County Superior Court judge.<\/p>\n

Ben and Jen married in 2005 but split in 2015 – shortly before their 10th wedding anniversary.<\/p>\n

They postponed their divorce for two years, and remained on good terms after the break-up for the sake of their kids.<\/p>\n

Jen has even been supporting the Batman actor<\/a> through his alcohol addiction battle, and was\u00a0pictured driving Ben to rehab<\/a>\u00a0in August after begging him to get help.<\/p>\n

When discussing his demons for the first time, the Argo star paid tribute to his former partner<\/a> and thanked her for standing by him.<\/p>\n
