Ant McPartlin was reportedly told off by a judge after he failed to show up to his own divorce hearing.<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old is said to have been called out for his absence by Mr Justice Mostyn and allegedly told that he couldn\u2019t use his fame as an excuse.<\/p>\n

Ant was allegedly put in his place after reportedly not joining his lawyers for a preliminary hearing at London\u2019s High Court<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Talking to QC, Ant\u2019s barrister Jonathan Southgate claimed: \u2018There isn\u2019t one law for the famous and one for the rest of the community.<\/p>\n

\u2018The rules say he was supposed to be here, and that can be reported. He has been told off.\u2019<\/p>\n

Ant\u2019s reps told Metro.co.uk: \u2018Ant\u00a0was advised by his media barrister that he didn\u2019t need to attend court today.<\/p>\n

\u2018There was absolutely no intent to disrespect the court.\u2019<\/p>\n

The publication reported that Ant may have been excused by the judge if he had contacted the court in advance with a reason for his absence.<\/p>\n

It seems that while the hearing was taking place, Ant was out walking his dog, as he was pictured all wrapped up with his pet pooch, Hurley.<\/p>\n

The Saturday Night Takeaway star braced the weather as he went on a stroll with the Labrador near his home in south London.<\/p>\n

He could be seen wearing a blue and red raincoat, which he\u2019s paired with a matching navy cap.<\/p>\n

Lisa Armstrong however, looked as though she meant business as she arrived at court<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old kept her shades firmly on as she arrived, in a navy pinstripe dress and heeled boots, complete with a matching coat.<\/p>\n

An insider previously told the Mirror: \u2018It is amicable and things are moving forward.<\/p>\n

\u2018Ant wants it done as quickly and fairly as possible, so they can move on with their lives.\u2019<\/p>\n
