RANGERS\u00a0legend Ricksen has accused his ex-wife of dragging out their bitter financial feud amid fears he \u2018would never make it\u2019 after his\u00a0terminal motor neurone disease diagnosis.<\/p>\n
He thought the \u201cnightmare\u201d eight-year battle was over<\/a> when a court ruled in his favour earlier this year but he says ex-wife Graciela L\u2019Ami, 43, is continuing to fight a legal order<\/a> to pay Ricksen\u00a0\u00a3830,000 of assets.<\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p><\/div> \t\t<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n \n\t\t\tGeorge Wright\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div> But Ricksen says he is still \u201cfighting\u201d, inspired by the support from Rangers fans and physicist Stephen Hawking, a long-term MND sufferer.<\/p>\n \u201cWe don\u2019t see why we wouldn\u2019t be able to reach the finish line now, without tripping over,\u201d Ricksen, 40, told the Scottish Sun. \u201cMetaphorically speaking, of course, for as you all know, I suffer from MND.<\/p>\n \u201cMy ex-wife knows this.<\/p>\n \u201cShe delayed everything more and more \u2013 I thought I would never make it. But I\u2019m still here and still fighting her and\u00a0MND.<\/p>\n \u201cMy money has disappeared. It\u2019s a complete disgrace.<\/p>\n \u201cFinally we can leave this nightmare\u2026behind us.
