I’ve helped many business owners through the divorce process and although everyone’s circumstances are unique, it can be helpful for business owners to understand how their business will be considered during the divorce process. Question: What happens to the family home on divorce? Does it really have to be sold? Answer: Not necessarily. It will depend on the individual circumstances of the family concerned.
